About Asbury Harris Epworth Towers

IMPRESSIVE HIGHLIGHTS

Asbury Harris Epworth Towers (AHET) is an independent residential rental community for people 62 years or older. Our close proximity to I-285 and Greenbriar Mall in southwest Atlanta means shopping convenience and accessibility to family and community activities throughout the metro area.

We offer super amenities like a 24-hour courtesy desk, beauty shop and laundry; a huge things-to-do calendar with everything from social gatherings to road trips; and an appealing choice of one-bedroom apartments, including renovated deluxe unites. We have programs for low and extremely-low income residents and our monthly rental rates are affordable with a month-to-month lease.

But it's not just the facility or services that sets Asbury Harris Epworth Towers apart. It's the people. From the administrative staff to the newest neighbor, you're made to feel at home, with the welcome mat always out!

WELL & GOOD

Another clear AHET distinction our residents appreciate is our overall approach to wellness. As a Wesley Woods community, we see it as more than just physical well-being. Although “feeling your best” and “being your strongest” are critical and we do address those things head-on with our fitness, therapy and recreational activities. However, our bigger-picture, “mind, body, spirit” approach also means integrated programs and activities directly related to emotional wellness, spiritual wellness and educational wellness.

Special seminars are conducted to educate residents on health and well- being, such as “Taking care of your body” and “Preventing Falls and Fractures.” Some of our “workout” options include:

  • Chair aerobics
  • Muscle strengthening fitness program
  • Outdoor walking on our secure grounds
  • Mall walking at Greenbriar Mall
  • Weekly wellness clinic

Note: Applicants must be 62 years or older. Couples may apply with only one person meeting the minimum age requirement. Asbury Harris Epworth Towers offers federal rental assistance to applicants who fit these criteria and must meet the income eligibility requirements set by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
